Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and seals intact
- For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned unless defective
Defective Products
If a product is defective, the 30-day return policy applies regardless of seal status. Defective products are eligible for return and full refund even if opened. Please contact us with photos showing the defect, and we will process your return promptly.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Final Sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)
- Opened beauty products without defect claims (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Return
Email info@rarebeauty.sbs with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship before receiving return authorization.
Return Shipping
Free for all eligible returns. Prepaid return label provided via email. No restocking fees.

Refund Timing
Once your return is delivered to our facility, we will inspect the item and initiate your refund within 2 business days. Your financial institution may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Partial Refunds
May apply if an item is used without a valid defect claim, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.
Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package returns to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because you refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Any carrier return fees incurred may be deducted from refunds when applicable.
