Your Agreement to These Terms
Using rarebeauty.sbs means you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or place orders.
Permitted Use of the Site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not access non-public areas of the site. You may not use automated tools to extract data. You may not interfere with site functionality. You may not submit false or misleading information.
Product Information and Pricing
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or display differences.
Prices appear in US Dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. While we reserve the right to adjust prices, the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Product Compliance
All products listed on our website comply with Google Merchant Center policies. We do not sell prohibited items. Our products are cosmetic and skincare items designed for cleansing, moisturizing, and beauty purposes.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Rarebeauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Rarebeauty accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Payment details are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store full payment card information. The charge occurs at the time you place the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping applies to all orders with no minimum purchase. No product exclusions apply. All items ship free to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Processing requires 1 to 2 business days. Transit requires 2 to 5 business days after shipment. The order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by Rarebeauty. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of return delivery.
Opened beauty products without valid defect claims are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Defective products are eligible regardless of seal status.

Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@rarebeauty.sbs. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or handed over to our shipping partners, we may not be able to stop it; however, you can easily return the package for a full refund after delivery using our free return process.
Intellectual Property
All content on rarebeauty.sbs including text, images, graphics, logos, and design is owned by Rarebeauty or its content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works require prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rarebeauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or product purchases. Direct damages, where liability cannot be excluded, are limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.
Indemnification
Customers indemnify Rarebeauty from claims arising from violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or misuse of the site or products.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal actions must be filed in courts located in Georgia.
Changes to These Terms
Rarebeauty may update these Terms at any time. The Last updated date indicates the most recent revision. Continued site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
