Shipping policy

Delivery Area
We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase. No handling fees or surcharges.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
Order Cut‑off Time
Orders with payment confirmed before 6:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
Processing Time
1 to 2 business days
Delivery Time
2 to 5 business days after shipment. Delivery time does not include processing time.
Carriers
USPS, UPS, FedEx (selected automatically based on destination and package size).
Tracking
Tracking number provided via email after shipment. Allow 24 to 48 hours for updates.
Out‑of‑Stock Products
If an item is out of stock, the "Add to Cart" button will be replaced by an "Out of Stock" label, and no purchases can be made until the item is restocked. We do not accept backorders.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives with damaged items, defective items, or items that do not match your order, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We respond to damage and defect reports within 1 to 2 business days.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November through January), processing and transit times may be longer than standard. We recommend placing orders at least 10 business days before any desired delivery date.
Important: The estimated delivery date shown at checkout dynamically reflects current processing and transit conditions. If holiday delays apply, the estimated delivery date will automatically adjust. We do not display static delivery promises that contradict our policy disclosures.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather events, high-volume shipping periods, or remote delivery locations.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Rarebeauty is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred on shipments. All shipments are within the 48 contiguous United States, so these fees do not apply. If an order is shipped outside this area due to an address error, any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
